When can I expect my order to arrive?
-Next-Day Orders: delivery orders placed before 10:00pm arrive the next day between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm.Orders placed after 10:00pm will require an additional day to deliver.

Sometimes my cart has a delivery fee and other times it doesn’t, why is that?
-If your cart subtotal is below $60 we charge a $5.99 delivery, if it is $60 or above we waive the delivery fee.

What do the charges show up as on by bank report?
-It shows up as Global Wellness Alliance.

Do you deliver to my area?
-Based upon the zip code you enter we automatically present you with products in your area, if nothing appears, you’re outside of our coverage (but that doesn’t mean forever!)

Where can I have my order delivered?
-You may receive your package at your residence, workplace, hotel, or any other location that is on private property. Remember, you must be present! We cannot deliver to publicly owned land, government buildings or schools that provide instruction in Kindergarten, grades 1-12 or preschools.

What happens if I’m not there when the driver arrives?
-Upon arrival, the driver will attempt to contact you by phone. If you do not respond within 5 minutes, your drive will make your order as a failed attempt and your package will be rescheduled for delivery the following day. After the third failed attempt, your order will be cancelled and your payment, if applicable, will be refunded.

Do I need to be present for the delivery?
-Yes! Following California State law, the person who placed to order must be present with a valid ID in order to receive the product.

I’d prefer to keep my purchase low-key, what does the vehicle and driver look like?
-Our vehicle is an unmarked car and the driver will be plain clothed.

Is this a legal delivery service?
-Yes! Our license number is C9-0000185-LIC

What happens if my product is damaged or it’s not what I ordered?
-We do our best to ensure that you are a happy and satisfied customer, but know that mistakes and accidents happen from time to time. We will do our best to make it right. You can review our refund/return policy here.

Do you deliver outside California?
-Unfortunately, due Federal laws we are unable to transport cannabis product across state lines. We are looking to expand though so feel free to reach out to us and we might prioritize your state! You can reach us at support@airganja.com

I’m here on vacation/work, can I still buy cannabis products with an out of state ID?
-Yes!

Can I have the order sent via the mail to me?
-Unfortunately, no. This is not allowed under California state law. You must be present to receive the products.

I have my own cannabis brand, how to I get set up with you?
-Feel free to reach out to us at partners@airganja.com and someone will get back to you!

Do you use drones to deliver orders?
-Maybe someday but, we aren’t allowed to according to California cannabis laws .

I live in that 8% of California that isn’t within your delivery zone. When will you be able to deliver to me?
-Our goal is 100% statewide coverage, we’re working on it!
